Privacy Policy

TableScout is operated by Mahonmade LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use mytablescout.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your phone number, when you enter it to verify. This is the only account identifier we use.
- Your watches: the restaurants, date windows, times of day, and party sizes you ask us to monitor.
- Approximate location, only if you use the local picks feature, to suggest restaurants near you. We do not track your location beyond that.
- Technical logs: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to run and protect the service.
How we use it
We use your phone number to send you a one-time verification code and to send the reservation alerts you asked for. We use your watches to know what to look for. That's the whole model. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messaging
By entering your phone number and verifying it, you consent to receive text messages from TableScout: a verification code at signup, and alerts when a reservation you are watching becomes available. Message frequency varies with your watches. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with our SMS delivery provider solely to send you the messages you signed up for.
Who we share with
We share your phone number with our SMS delivery provider (currently Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering your texts. We share technical data with our hosting provider as required to run the site. We may disclose information if required by law. That's it.
Retention and deletion
You can delete any watch at any time on the site. Replying STOP ends all messaging. To delete your number and all associated data entirely, contact us at the address below and we'll remove it.
Children
TableScout is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle your phone number will be communicated by text before they take effect.
