Terms of Service

Effective August 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Mahonmade LLC, the operator of TableScout. By using mytablescout.com or receiving our texts, you agree to them.

What TableScout does

TableScout monitors publicly visible reservation availability at restaurants you choose and sends you a text when a matching table opens. It reads reservation platforms the same way a browser does. It never logs into your accounts, never holds a table, and never books anything. When you get an alert, you book it yourself on the platform.

What we don't promise

Tables like these disappear in minutes, and sometimes in seconds. We do not guarantee that an alert will arrive before availability is gone, that a watch will ever produce a hit, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Reservation platforms change without notice, and coverage of any platform can end at any time.

Your part

Fees

TableScout is currently free. We may introduce paid features. If a fee would apply to something you already use, we'll tell you before you're charged, and you can walk away instead.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahonmade LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service, including missed reservations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty dollars, whichever is greater.

Affiliation

TableScout is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Resy, SevenRooms, or any other reservation booking platform. All restaurant and platform names belong to their owners.

Ending things

You can stop at any time: delete your watches, or reply STOP to end all messaging. We may suspend or end access for abuse of these terms.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above, and material changes will be communicated by text. Questions: Mahonmade LLC, info@mahonmade.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.
